Christmas Lollies




Roll a small square of NY cheescake into a ball, then roll it in a mixture of crushed candy cane and Dare biscuits. Skewer the ball with a bamboo or plexi skewer and serve to your guests amazement.

Christmas Lollies
Makes 6

1 – Slice New York Cheesecake
6 – Pieces of Mini Candy Canes
6 – Sweet Dare Cookies
6 – Skewers




Remove the New York Cheesecake from the refrigerator and leave aside until soft.  This will take about 30 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl place the cheesecake and mix with a spoon until well mixed.

With a teaspoon divide the mix into 6 piles on a chopping board or clean work surface.

With clean hands place each pile one by one on to the palm of your hand and with a circular motion create mini cheesecake balls.

Once all six balls are complete, place into the refrigerator for 10 minutes to chill.

Remove the cheese balls from the refrigerator and skewer them in the center.

Place the candy cane into zip lock bag and crush with a rolling pin until almost like a powder.

Place the Dare cookies into the same zip lock bag and continue to crush until the dare cookies are also almost like a powder.

Take the skewered cheesecake balls and place them into the zip lock bag and dip them onto the powder mix, while trying to coat the entire cheesecake ball.

Remove the skewer and place onto a plexi plate.
